When you use services provided by SAS Online, we automatically collect non-personally-identifying information relating to the device you are using to access our services. This information may include the data accessed, the IP address of the device, the operating system, your general location and device indicators (such as screen size). We use this information in aggregate to better understand how our customers and using the service and otherwise improve our services.

- Determine the usage of our services; and
- Store visitor’s preferences relating to the service.
At this time we do not respond to or honour “Do Not Track” requests.
SAS Online may collect personally identifying information such as your name, email address, mailing address, business address and telephone numbers directly from you when you:
- Register to use the service;
- Use the service;
- Visit one of our websites; and
- Contact support.
You may refuse to supply personally-identifying information, however this may prevent the use of certain features of our service.
SAS Online does not collect or store credit card information of our customers or their customers.
We are constantly improving our services. Your information allows us to do this. By being able to determine how our visitors and customers are using our services we can build better services. We may use your information for purposes such as:
- Providing access to our services and customer support;
- Displaying historical data;
- Measuring and improving our services and new services;

If you choose to pay for the service by credit card, your credit card details are not stored by the service and cannot be accessed by SAS Online staff. When entering your payment details a token is created which is then sent to our payment provider, your credit card details never reach our server or are transferred in any way.
SAS Online may share personal information with its third-party service providers (such as hosting partners) to provide the necessary hardware, software and other services that are required to operate our services and maintain a high quality user experience. We do not permit service providers to use the personal information we share for their marketing purposes.
Third Party Applications
Our services may allow you to transfer information, including your personal information, electronically to and from third-party applications. SAS Online does not control and takes no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of these applications.
If SAS Online, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that SAS Online goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. In this event, we will notify you before your personal information is transferred.
Transfer of Your Personal Information
SAS Online is an Australian owned and operated company, however, we may host and process data, including personal information in Australia and in other countries. This includes countries that may have different privacy laws for your country of residence.
We use third-party hosting providers (AWS) to host our services on servers located in Australia, however, in the future we may expand our servers to include our countries such as the U.S.
While your personal information is stored on servers operated by third-parties, it remains in SAS Online’s effective control at all times.
Protection of Your Personal Information
SAS Online is committed to ensuring the security of your information and we take all reasonable precautions to protect it from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. At all times when on our services your information is transferred using secure socket layer technology (SSL), meaning all data transferred between you and our services is encrypted.
However, the Internet is not a secure environment and we cannot provide an absolute assurance that your information will be secure at all times. Therefore you should take care when sending information to us and ensure you transmit data within a secure environment.
In the unlikely case that your personal information is lost, stolen, accessed, or otherwise used by any unauthorised persons or in any unauthorised manner, you will be advised at the first reasonable opportunity.
